◆Background In our company's Information Systems Department, we register serial numbers and MAC addresses in the device management table when procuring new PCs. However, due to the significant impact of input errors, careful handling has been required. Until now, we managed this with manual input for around 20 devices at most, but with a simultaneous replacement project for approximately 300 PCs, it became clear that the workload and risk of human error with the traditional method had reached an unrealistic level. Therefore, we decided to implement Mojitori to improve the situation. ◆Challenges - The risk of human error is high due to manual input, and the labor involved in careful input work is significant. - Sudden large volumes of work have arisen, prompting a review of work efficiency. ◆Solution - By implementing Mojitori, we established a system that allows for device information registration through photo capture and automatic input. ◆Effects of Implementation - Automatic input has reduced misreading and input errors. - Simply photographing the labels attached to the boxes has reduced both the workload and psychological burden. - A team of five completed the registration of PC information for 300 units in about 1.5 to 2 hours. *For more details, please download the materials from the URL and contact us.*
